Welcome — I’m Katie, the founder of Untamed Birth Co.

I’m a homeschooling mama to six wild + wonderful children, wife to my best friend, and a student midwife trying to walk this path with open hands and a servant’s heart.

This work is more than a profession — it’s a ministry.

Rooted in Christ, I believe that birth is holy ground, where heaven touches earth and a woman meets both her limits and her God-given strength. I come to this work with reverence, with presence, and with a deep trust in the wisdom woven into every woman’s body.

Our family aims to live slowly and intentionally — while running on an abundance of grace. Homeschooling our children has taught me that true education happens in connection, in curiosity, and in the moments in between. Apprenticing in midwifery has taught me the same — that presence and trust often mean more than anything that can be taught in books.

Through Untamed Birth Co., I offer holistic, connection-based care that honors the power, intuition, and sovereignty of women. Whether in the excitement of a prenatal visit, the waves of labor, or the quiet unfolding of postpartum, I am here to witness, support, and serve by holding space for whatever you need.
